1. What days and times are available?
We make it convenient for you, with weekday and weekend times available. Our Junk Tiger Rep will call to let you know that they will arrive within 30 minutes during your scheduled appointment time, so you’ll never be left waiting. 2. Why can’t I get an exact price before you arrive?
Pricing is based on overall volume and the type of material to be removed. We can’t give you an exact price until we can see your junk. For your convenience, you can email or upload a picture of your junk to us and we can provide an estimate based on your photos. 3. How big is your truck?
The Junk Tigers box-truck is larger than most competitors with over 22 cubic yards of space. Our larger truck offers less trips and greater savings to you.
4. Do I have to pack up my junk first? Does it have to be on the curb?
NO, The Junk Tigers do all of the work, so you won’t have to do any packing or lifting. We will take away your junk from wherever it sits on your property.
5. What do you mean by a “clean-up” after my junk is loaded?
The Junk Tigers will leave the removal site “broom-clean,” meaning we will sweep up any dirt and remove any large debris after your junk has been loaded.
6. Why can’t you remove liquids?
The Junk Crew does not remove hazardous materials. We cannot remove paint, oil, gasoline, any chemicals, or drums. For help recycling these materials, please contact your local recycling station.
7. How can I pay?
Junk Tigers accepts cash, checks and credit cards upon completion of all work.
